CLIENT'S CHARTER
We, the staff of the Centre for Corporate Strategy and Relations (CCSR), are committed to excellence through the adoption of a quality culture in professional services to meet our clients' expectations by ensuring:
All feedback received via the U-Respons System will be responded to within two (2) working days.
Feedback on visit requests will be provided within five (5) working days.
Internal announcements within UPM will be made within two (2) working days after receiving a complete application.
Feedback on protocol and event management advisory services will be provided within three (3) working days after receiving a complete application.
Media invitation letters will be distributed to media representatives for the purpose of UPM activity publicity at least one (1) day before the event.
Dissemination of KPI reporting results to all PTJ (Responsibility Centres) will be carried out within seven (7) working days after the KPI workshop.
Announcements on rating results approved by the university management will be made within two (2) working days.
Notification of the outcome of applications for photography, videography, and multimedia layout services will be given within three (3) working days from the date a complete application is received.
Feedback on the use of the corporate emblem in collaboration with external agencies will be provided within three (3) working days from the date a complete application is received.
Notification of the outcome of applications to review the SDG logo for publicity materials will be given within three (3) working days from the date a complete application is received.
