STRATEGIC PLANNING

1. Managing the development of the Long-Term Plan 2050 & UPM Strategic Plan;
2. Managing the development and reporting of UPM’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
3. Conducting UPM KPI workshops on a quarterly basis;
4. Providing information and data for university strategic planning;
5. Implementing Strategic Plan awareness programs; and
6. Coordinating and preparing UPM achievement reports in line with current requirements such as Outcome Based Budget (OBB), Malaysian Plan (RMK) outcome evaluations, and others.

RISK MANAGEMENT

1. Developing the framework and process;
2. Conducting assessment analysis and report preparation;
3. Managing the development of Strategic Risks;
4. Implementing Strategic Risk Management awareness programs;
5. Coordinating value management for projects/developments/ICT/programs valued over RM200,000.00.
